Acinet 457 Dry Syrup combines the antibiotic amoxicillin (400mg) with clavulanic acid (57mg) per 5ml dose, making it effective against various bacterial infections commonly seen in children. It is prescribed for conditions such as respiratory tract infections (tonsillitis, sinusitis, otitis media), urinary tract infections (including kidney inflammation), skin and soft tissue infections, dental infections, and certain bone and joint infections.
This formulation is provided as a dry syrup for easy reconstitution, ensuring convenience and accurate dosing for pediatric patients. Acinet should be administered as directed by a healthcare professional, generally starting at the beginning of a meal to enhance absorption and reduce gastrointestinal discomfort.
